There are many different effects to people that are caused by water pollution. In China, diseases triggered by water pollution kill 95,600. Some diseases are sinus and ear infections to more serious illnesses like hepatitis. When people drink polluted water, they can become seriously ill and may even die. They may also step on broken glass when they are in the ocean, pond, or a river. The graph below has the causes and the diseases caused by the cause.
